Excellent care received. Dentist walked me through filling procedure as she progressed. Clear concise direction. Note. A previous reviewer gave a poor review based on building inaccessibily rather than the service provided by Lifesmiles. As a parent of a child in a wheelchair I am keenly aware of the physical limitations of old buildings. Lifesmiles took over the existing dental practice when the original dentist and co-owner of the building passed away. Lifesmiles would be leasing the second floor from the remaining owner.

If I could put 10 Stars I would Here’s why. -Life Smiles Dental has been the best dental office I have been to by far! Dr. Navdip Sidhu has to be the most empathetic Dentist I have met. As someone who has dentophobia this has made a world of difference. If you’re looking for a dental office you can truly feel looked after (even triple checking insurance coverage for you!!!!)

I love coming to Lifesmiles the receptionists are always very kind and welcoming. I really don’t like getting dental work done but Dr. Sidhu is caring and knows what she’s doing so that takes a lot of my anxiety away. This place is really great!!

Dr. Jaskaran Beniwal believes that great dental care goes beyond just treating teeth—it’s about building trust, providing education, and ensuring every patient feels comfortable and confident in their smile.

Dr. Beniwal grew up in Milan, Italy, and moved to Canada when he was 16 years old. Shortly after, he began his undergraduate studies at Western University, where he earned his Bachelor of Medical Sciences with honors. He then went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at Western. Throughout his training, he gained extensive hands-on experience at Schulich’s Urgent Care Clinic and completed externships in general dentistry and oral surgery at University Hospital (London, Ontario), Mount Sinai Hospital (Toronto), and St. Joseph’s Health (New Jersey). These experiences reinforced his commitment to patient-centered care, where he takes the time to listen, explain treatment options, and create personalized plans that fits the patients needs.

Beyond clinical dentistry, Dr. Beniwal has a strong passion for leadership, mentorship, and community outreach. He served as Class President, Student Council President, and Valedictorian. These experiences have shaped his ability to connect with people, advocate for patient care, and contribute to the advancement of dental education. Dr. Beniwal speaks English, Italian, Punjabi, and Hindi, allowing me to communicate with a diverse range of patients. His goal is to make every visit a positive experience and to help you achieve a healthy, confident smile. Dr. Beniwal is looking forward to meeting you!
