LifeSmiles – Grant Park is seeking a confident and driven Associate Dentist to join our high-functioning, full-scope dental practice located in the heart of Winnipeg. Known for its strong hygiene program, loyal and diverse patient base, and modern clinical systems, this opportunity is ideal for a dentist who thrives in a structured, collaborative, and high-volume environment. With consistent new patient flow and clinical autonomy, this role supports professional growth across all areas of general dentistry. 🦷

Schedule: Full-Time:

• Monday – Thursday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Alternating Fridays & Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Monday evening availability is essential

• Additional hours may be available at other LifeSmiles locations

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a dentist who is:

• Confident with full-scope general dentistry

• Comfortable with evening and weekend hours

• Organized, collaborative, and able to manage busy clinical days

• Open to new graduates who are self-directed and adaptable

• Internationally trained dentists with Canadian experience are welcome

About You:

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

• Valid CPR certification
